In english I say "Pok-i-mon" (with the /i/ sound) because it is a silly language (why do words like "electric" and "elephant" sound different when they start with the same letter? Silly language). In a serious language like spanish, where letters are always read the same, it is PokEmon, with the /e/ sound, because it is how it's written.
Though I always wondered why the european spanish dub says pokÉmon, while the latinamerican dubbing says pokemÓn. PokÉmon. It has an accent, so the stressed syllable is there. Not sure why they went with that...
