Why not? I'd love to see a Netflix or Amazon adaptation of The Silmarillion or Brave New World.

Yes, I know it means the fandoms will be polluted with the shrieking "Netflix/Amazon r**ed my favourite book" attention seeking martyrs; but meh, I don't really do online fan communities besides this one anyway so it doesn't really bother me.
