I found the video in the OP to be pretty boring and lifeless, tbh. That said, this popped up in my feed this morning (perhaps because of it) and I found it quite impressive:
Most of the AI anime I've seen so far has that uncanny interpolated look to it; this is the most convincing I've seen so far.
