Hmm I'm struggling to recreate this bug (I know what you're talking about), but there is a work around in the "View > Source Code". If you delete a line of code, that fixes the issue though I cannot remember what line.

Just quoting this post of yours seems to be enough to reproduce the bug. As soon as the post is quoted, there's empty space above the quote, and if you look at the source, there's up there. I tried to post the exact fix here too, but I guess the forum software doesn't like that too well... You can see the botched attempt from the edit history, it's not very useful though.
