It's possible, but imho... Maybe insomniac should stop dealing with Marvel IPs and create something new.

Not gonna happen when they have some marvel ip exclusivity rights for another decade. That's not something they'll just throw away. They have X-Men characters locked till the end of 2035.

Venom, Spiderman 3 and X-Men are all on the way.

They need to pay for such rights. Wolverine is looking like a big dud set to fail, they are going to lose money with this one.

Maybe, a big maybe, they should just give up on X-Men and focus on Spiderman. 

They should make "Spider-Man & Venom: Maximum Carnage" and give spider a time to rest, at least 5 years. Them new IP and Ratchet & Clank, smaller projects, the "big gun is Spider", the other games are the "jabs" testing new games and concepts.
