He also rambled on and on about how amazing and unprecedented the success of the economy is. Am I putting too much faith in Trump voters to assume that they are not buying in to all of this absolute horse shit?

So basically, he's trying to buy the election now...

He’s dangling money in front of voters, anyway. That money will never be paid, regardless of the result. Maybe he knows he’s cooked in the midterms so he’s making a promise he will never have to honor. 

And once again, presidential republics are powerless to stop corrupt presidents.
