The White House website now has a bunch of online arcade propagames that are ripoffs of classic arcade games. One of them, "Build the Wall," is a clone of Tetris. The Tetris Company came out and asked the White House to take "Build the Wall" down, saying they don't want Tetris represented by that agenda. Now Trump will start demanding that Alexey Pajitnov (who has lived in Las Vegas for 20 years) be deported back to Russia, especially if Tetris Company gets a C&D against the White House.

And if anybody in the gaming industry understands authoritarianism, it would be Alexey Pajitnov. He didn't get royalties for Tetris until after the USSR fell. Elektronorgtechnica, the state-owned enterprise he worked for, claimed it all.
