The only way this could happen is if they find themselves under a big enough lawsuit to do so (maybe they are contractually obligated with the publishers, maybe they broke some terms with them, maybe they get some anti monopoly lawsuit). And I imagine they've been careful enough to avoid the brunt of these. So no, I don't believe they're going back.
