Name a Game That Does Everything Right (in your opinion)

RE4 and Super Mario Galaxy are to me essentially perfect games, I cannot think of a single thing either of them does wrong, just pure quality from top to bottom.

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker also comes to mind as a very modest game that nevertheless executes its concept flawlessly.
