Gaming is liteally cooked around here, weak/old PCs playing free to play games, indies or older games in deep sales on Steam will be pretty much the only viable option for the vast majority of people here come 2028, nobody will care to invest in hardware assembly here anytime soon unless things wildly change.

Yes, that's an Ivy Bridge core i5 from 2012 with just it's integrated Intel HD Graphics sold as a gaming PC. Which make it's claim for e-sports games absolutely laughable, as most won't even run on that thing, let alone be playable.

When I was there 5 years ago, most "gaming" PCs were actually AMD A-series APUs (without GPU of course), simply because modern PC hardware is simply way too pricey for developing countries.

As for console games, the prices were pretty much the same as in western Europe, which again is unaffordable for must common people. Hence trickeries like "sharing" an account for a price on Switch to download the game to your account, then deleting the account again from your system:
