Even if by some insane hypothetical scenario where that entire 18% just leaves PlayStation altogether and maybe say 10% of the digital because of the loss of a physical/disc option - I'm pulling these numbers out of thin air by the way, don't put any real weight to them. Say the PS5 finishes with 110 million units lifetime (I don't think it's catching the PS4, I didn't think it would before, but after the recent price hike and the all-digital announcement - I DEFINTELY don't think it will now.) a drop of 28% would put PS5 at 79.2 million units.

If the PS6 will be $/Euro 1'000 or more, it could very well be that it will sell significantly below 79.2 million. The PS3 sold "only" 87.4 million with a $/Euro 600 price tag. But it could only reach this final number with the help of significant price drops towards the end of its lifecycle. Most probably, the PS6 will not have such price drops.
