Yes. Microsoft is in a terrible position at the moment, they have very little if any momentum going on for them. That said, if Sony stumbles enough, Microsoft can gain even significantly though, maybe even enough to call a comeback. They almost certainly won't beat Sony but they don't need to in order to be able to consider it a success.
