Nintendo's best UI/OS (and why)

Yeah I like the visuals and vibes of Gamecube's UI, but you can't really do much with it.

Wii I liked for how elegant and clean it was, Wii U was a bit too slow for me.

Switch 1/2, while fairly minimalist, is very snappy, quick, and functional, so it gets my vote.
