Hey kowenecki. You need to have more respect for the users/mods on this site. You're far too much of a new poster to be making accusations and demands of this site.
The mods run a fair ship here....and because there are so many and they are required to be so open about their bannings it is difficult for them to ban out-of-hand.
People who get warnings deserve them because they are behaving like children. People that get banned deserve them because they are behaving like a-holes.
That's pretty simple, regardless of console preference.
