That reminds me...

Back in April 2011, we had that massive outage on PSN. I remember watching about it on TV, and they were talking to a dude who had just purchased a brand new physical copy of Mortal Kombat 9 for his Playstation 3. But he couldn't play it online, so he didn't even unboxed it!

I mean, the game surely had a lot of things to do offline. Man, I could never understand that!

I think this is the first time I'm reading about it.

Well, if he only wanted to play online with his mates I can see it being pointless to boot it up if he won't be able to.
