I doubt that LPDDR5X is cheaper than GDDR6 atm considering the mobile sector and nobody is having a LTA for RAM, not even Apple that sells around 225m. iPhones every year.
The price will continue to go up for all manufacturers, Nintendo won't subsidise the system, they rarely do that.
