Sony not answering anyone is actually worse than the decision itself IMO. Not for you or me, but for them.
Their bet was waiting a bit for things to cool down and moving on, don't agree with it but I can see it being effective with some small repercution stuff, but it's clearly not the case and yet they are still just going to keep looking away from all the damage on their brand...
The thing is, that kind of behavior is no news to me, anyone that knows Playstation Brasil has gone throught this kind of stuff several times (specially during the PS3 days), but then again, we have never ever been a priority region to them.
Doing it on a worldwide scale on the very most criticized action I have ever seen a game company make is really just mindblowing, disbelief is the right word to describe how I see it as well. Can't see a single angle on how that makes sense for them.
