@G2ThaUNiT (and everyone else that cares), here are some comparisons from my collection as promised.

We we have 7 different age tiers for rating, one will be missing in these photos as I don't have a single game for that rating, as it was added just October 2025, and the only game I've personally seen with that rating so far is the new Switch 2 Yoshi, which I don't have.
The tiers are L, 6, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18. They are based on the minimum age that is supposed to be able to have access to it, just like for PEGI. The one missing will be the tier for 6+ years old, as it is the new tier, it's color is pink, btw.
L stands for what the E stands in the ESRB rating tiers, it comes from word "Livre", that stars the phrase "Livre para todos os públicos", which means its allowed for everyone, just like in the ESRB as mentioned above.
It's only those colored squared number boxes, and unlike PEGI, every one of them have a different color, which comes from a rainbow gradient color pattern, aside from black that is purposedly use to indicate adult content (18+) as the last rating.
Here is PEGI sharing green for different age ratings for example.
For comparision with games from other regions on my collection, here is how it is compared to the ratings from Germany, USA and Europe, so you can see how much space it actually ocuppies in the front cover. Sadly I don't think I have any Japan's Cero rated game to compare.
So there it is, I consider the Brazilian rating the best rating around, I think it works very well to both do its job as a rating very effectively, and trying not to mess much with the front cover, the color scheme is actually clever and ellegant IMO.
I don't like when companies translate subtitles sometimes here tho, like in the Ratchet and Clank picture, or even the titles, but those are very rare gladly, it actually can make me completely want to avoid our version here like for the upcoming 10th gen Pokémon games, as because they finally are going to provide text translation for the games for Brazilian Portuguese (only took them 30 years, LOL), which is good, they decided to also translate the subtitles and they won't be called Winds and Waves here, but Ventos and Ondas, and I'm definitely not adding translated covers to the rest of the 30 year long franchise games I have here, much less as they are translating all moves, abilities and nature names, it's completely going to mess everything but the Pokémon names... but that's unrelated to the matter, just pointing there can have stuff I also strongly dislike about our versions here, lol.
