France 60%, Spain 40%. Argentina and England have both been fumbling too much, so it's a coin flip which one will win, but the winner will regardless probably lose the final. If France wins, their opponent is much more likely to lose, but even Spain I would probably expect to beat either of the two. But I'm no football expert, so what do I know - I'm mostly basing this on fairly superficial analysis (if you can even all it that).
