Damn that's a tough one.. Everything I'm thinking of is either a "second party" ie 90's Rare stuff, Eternal Darkness, etc - or it's a property with a Nintendo IP as part of the game like Rabbids + Mario (though I guess that technically counts it feels cheap).
Zak and Wiki is definitely a good call. Timesplitters, Tales of Symphonia. Plenty of indies I'm sure, though I can't think of many at the moment.. Has Been Heroes? Stardew Valley? Minecraft, Terraria perhaps. Overwatch feels a bit "Nintendo" now that I think about it..
