Crash Sold half of its units before it touched Switched. Same with Spyro. Sonic Frontier sold more on playstation than on Switch during 2022. it's possible Switch caught up LT. Generations x Shadow looked closer to 50/50 at launch.

Lego games frequently sell better on playstation than Switch too.

Both Switch and PlayStation have strong platformer audience and I think there is lots of cross ownership which means platform preference sometimes comes down to execution/scale or IP. Similar to JRPGs where HD2D will favour Switch because well it translates to handheld play but AAA affair do better on playstation.

Where are you seeing that? Crash sold half its units before launching on Switch? All I’m seeing is 2.5mil in its first three months, 10mil by February 2019 (NS1 version launched late June 2018). Same question for Sonic Fronteirs.
