Impossibur. For example the Moon was put exactly where it is, if it was anywhere else the Earth would be basically inhabitable, at least by humans. Can it be a chance? No way. It was either put there by the creators of this simulation or by an advanced civilization before us.

Like SvennoJ said, the moon wasn't "put there." The prevailing theory for its formation is the collision between proto-Earth and another Mars-sized proto-planet (the capture, fission, and co-accretion models couldn't account for various observations, whereas the Giant Impact model does). It's distance hasn't been constant, either. It used to be much, much closer, but tidal forces have continually caused the moon's distance from Earth continually increase (and the Earth's rotation to slow, in keeping with conservation of angular momentum of the Earth-Moon system).
