The world (or rather the human race) ended when humans discovered fire. It just takes a while for the species to die out and make place for the next species to give 'it' a go ;) Humans are never satisfied and behave like a virus rather than seeking balance and sustainability. Imo the human race doesn't deserve to survive but of course I do want my kids to survive. That's the paradox of humanity, humans only care for those around themselves / in their group, and only look at short term gains. It has worked as a survival strategy for thousands of years, but it can't make a stable civilization. |
I'm the opposite, I say AI will destroy us all. How would blowing up data centres speed up climate change when they're the buildings that are speeding it up to begin with?
We're running out of time and there are no legal ways to stop AI data centres because of the rich and powerful vetoing any effort to ban AI data centres.
