What's your favourite era of Nintendo consoles when grouped by game medium, so:

NES/SNES/N64 (carts) vs Gamecube/Wii/Wii U (discs) Switch 1/2 (Game cards)

Note: This is specifically favourite console group by medium, not preferred medium itself.
