You can take the position that there should be a pause on future data centre construction or that governments should halt development of AI instead of saying all data centres should be destroyed then. More than anything just keep in mind that data centres aren't a new thing that started getting built a few years ago, they're very important facilities that are required for modern society to function so nuance is extremely important for this topic.

This story tried to see the positive of a data centre floating in the sea and powered by a wind turbine, but there's no way the positives will outweigh the negatives.
