So yes, I also believe the PS5 will experience the most of its effect, even being more expensive than a Xbox Series S. Even more as it'll be where the marketing for it will be.

A fair amount will depend on MS and whether or not they have XBSS stock built up for GTAVI and plans to keep production up to meet demand after the launch. If they don't and it's too hard to find, then PS5 will no doubt take advantage of that and in a big way.

PS4   - $- We must build a console that’s affordable, charges for services, and pumps out exclusives.

PRO  -%-We must build a console that's VR ready, checkerboard upscales, and sells but a fraction of the money printer.

PS5   - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.

PRO  -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.
