I would think third party revenue would be higher on Switch than DS; about half od Switch's 1.5 Billion games sold were third party, so 750m, while DS sold 948m total, and its games were generally priced lower.

Big point to keep in mind is that Nintendo excludes digital only from software totals. DS had virtually no digital storefront, whereas Switch was big for indies which never saw physical releases.
