The thing is, how intrusive are they willing to get, and how much devs would be forced to adapt to it? That can indeed be concerning.

He mentioned Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered as an example and I've never read anything bad about AI from any players or devs, so at least until now, I don't see a problem, actually the PSSR update has been exceptionally praised, as is the Sophy AI on GT7.

AI is not always a problem, how intrusive it can get is.

My concern is lazy developers will just have gamers use stuff like DLSS because they are too lazy for optimization.  

Lego Batman specifications legit tells users to use FG to get a solid fps...  including to get 30 fps.

4k 60 fps requires a 4070...  with DLSS upscaling and FG turned on..  I mean WTF?  

Well, Playstation is an fixated platform and he is mentioning some of their very best studios, so I find hard to believe that would lead to bad optimization (which means it runs poorly for everyone) or drop in quality due to lazyness, unless people will get fired over it, as those studios are oozing with talent and top quality output.

That would be a catastrophe.
