Sucker Punch may surprise us if they take the expansion approach we saw with Uncharted Thieves Legacy/Miles Morales and build a new smaller story set in Yotei's world. They partially dabbled in Raytraycing features in Yotei and I could see them using a smaller project to go all in and build the frame work for their next full game.
I think Corys game is the most likely from their AAA studios. It'd of course be built for the PS5 just Ragnarok was built for the PS4, there was nothing about it designed around the PS5s tech.
It either targeting late 2027 (launch title) or early 2028 imo. Whether the PS6 launches next year is still a big If though
