Sonic games in general usually have some of the best clear themes ever. I've barely played Unleashed, I gave up after one of the first bosses. But man if that level clear music isn't amazing.
And of course I can't forget the pre-Sonic 3 clear theme, the iconic Sonic clear theme used from Sonic 3 onward, and the Sonic Forces clear theme.
And of course, most of the Mario clear themes. Super Mario World's wasn't reused as a clear theme, but I wanted to highlight it.
