Switch Sports is actually selling much better than latter Wii series games like Wii Party, Wii Play Motion, Wii Fit U, and Wii Sports Club, so in that sense it's actually increasing, not decreasing.

Well I mean yeah, Wii U is a very low bar to clear. 

True, but Wii Party and Wii Play Motion were Wii releases, and Switch Sports has outsold those by a lot.

Switch Sports may not quite be the cultural phenomenon that Wii Sports was back in 2006, (kinda like Pokemon never quite managed to top R/G/Y) but it's a highly successful game that shows this kind of game is very much relevant in today's market.
