Besides Switch 1, which past Nintendo system does Switch 2 feel the most like to you, and why?

Gamecube. The system is overall an improvement, but big First Party titles are rare and don't feel fleshed out, finished or as fun as their predecessors. This is comparable with Super Mario Sunshine or Mario Kart Double Dash.

Probably it's a bit early to have a final opinion.
