Destroying civilization sounds stronger than that and he probably makes various threats semi regularly so knows to keep them vague. So I’m personally still at the same place. 

What civilization functions without power in 2026, especially without bridges? I disagree with you, but I'm guessing it's best if we just agree to disagree.
