Is Trump threatening nuclear war on Iran?

Isn't it just the 'bomb all power plants and bridges' thing from a few days ago, or has something changed?

Destroying civilization sounds stronger than that and he probably makes various threats semi regularly so knows to keep them vague. So I’m personally still at the same place.
