I would tend to agree, I just suspect that if say they choose to make something like Hyrule Field much more full of stuff like enemies/wildlife, points of interest, and other elements combined with the long draw distances needed to avoid intrusive pop-in and maintain a high level of graphical fidelity that might be difficult to pull off at 60fps within Switch 2's limits.
