The Emepror's New Groove on PS1 is amazing. One of my favorite 3D platform games. I played it on PC back in the late 2000s with PT-BR voice acting. Such a cool experience.

From my mind, I can think of Raiden Trad (SNES). I loved to play it with my mom when I was a kid. We beat it many times. It was a shame that I found out that a lot of people bashes this game.
