I'm not so sure, because of the relationship between PS and AMD as to consoles. If PS has considerable if not major problems with RAM/SSD suppliers, then it also becomes a problem for AMD.
The less console sales for PS5 and eventually PS6, the less chip sales for AMD. PS keeps strengthening it's relationship with AMD, so I'm willing to bet that helps SNY with RAM/SSD negotiations, whether AMD has to step in and throw some weight around or not.

PS5 - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.
