Sadly I expect the PS5 to get another price increase in 2027 if things stay as bad as they are now.

Either that or PS+ is getting another substantial price increase and games embrace the $80 price tag.

I think Nintendo has room to sell the NS2 at loss if they want to, to avoid it, but it wasn't ever really their thing to sell hardware at a loss.

PSN+ will get a price increase and drive me further away from Sony.  I loathe, absolutely loathe, paying for online.
