Village picked itself up in Japan after the DLC with third person view. Japan is not a fan of first person it seems. clever of Capcom to have RE9 have it from the start.

True; Village also wasn't available on Nintendo, (until the release of Requiem, anyway) so this time around they have a wider base to sell to.
