North Carolina:

- Roy Cooper wins the Democratic Senate primary, while former RNC chair Michael Whatley wins the GOP primary. Lara Trump had floated the idea of running but ultimately declined. NC is crucial for the Democrats to have any hope of picking up four seats needed for Senate control.

I wonder if Crockett will now try to run for president instead now that the senate position is out of reach.
