If Nintendo follows a release schedule sort of like this it seems they will have a lot of heavy hitters that can boost Switch 2 sales the coming years.
2026: Splatoon Raiders (Mostly in Japan), Pokopia, 3D Mario.
2027: Pokemon Winds/Waves, new Smash.
2028: New Animal Crossing, 3D Zelda.
This year will mostly depend on if they really have a 3D Mario style hit releasing later in 2026. I think Mario 40th anniversary combined with the movie hype will mean a new 3D Mario game can easily sell a ton day 1 even if GTA is just around the corner.
