Heard nothing but bad things about Borderlands, but as for worst, I don’t know how you can not say House of the Dead or any movie by Uwe Boll.
Though somebody ITT mentioned Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. To me, that movie will always be hilariously bad/so bad it’s good. “Too bad you… will die”, “AND IT IS GLORIOUS!” 
Though tbh, they left out the scene with Scorpion yelling “SUCKERS!” before vanishing with Katana in a Nickelodeon sea of splooge and conveniently never appearing again for the rest of the movie. Oh, but we do see Katana again, who he let go because, reasons.
