Yeah its possible and would of course work but there's no reason why Sony would wait that long to show it off. There could be an argument on focusing on X amount of games at a time, but once Saros is out and Wolverine is close I'm sure they'll be leaping to show off how much cool stuff they have heading to playstation in future.
I think the last big AAA game with that promo turn around that fast was Fallout 4 (and Split fiction on a smaller AA/AAA budget), definitely works but not sure there's incentive for Sony as a platform holder to be coy.
