If SNY delayed until holiday 2029 or holiday 2030, instead of dropping the 2027 hardware, they could always launch it as a base model home console like the XBSS.
Have the PS6 handheld, base PS6, and PS6 Pro all at once. Charge like $399 for the base and $749 or whatever for the Pro at launch if they need to. Go with an 8 year gen if it can't last until 2040.
