I'm opposed to any changes for the sake of being more in line with how modern days view it, even Sonic being a dick with Amy and holding her back was removed from Generations intro, but that crazy in love young Amy was part of her character and I heard it serves as a plot point for development in Frontiers, so removing it and pretending it did not happen is actually a problem to character development in other games. |
I think there's something to be said for reflecting the actual artistic taste and execution of the current team. Doing things differently doesn't mean pandering or being fearful, its just creating an actual good product. If something doesn't work, change it. If the sex mini games are embarrassing and take away from the experience, remove them. The narrative role they play can happen and be expressed in lots of ways, without being a minigame lol
