Sure but new techniques are not going to close the gap in raw power. Raw power is far more important. A 5060 has newer features compared to a 3090. A 3090 spanks a 5060.
At the end of the day, it can't be debated. The S2 is closer to the ps4 then ps5 when it comes to performance.
