Do we have any data on how many bundled copies of the said systems in question were sold?

Not that I've seen, bundles were however commonplace throughout their lifespans, with everything from Halo to COD to Uncharted to Gran Turismo thrown in at various points throughout the generation, especially during holidays where a large portion of sales come from. Bundles have always been a thing in the console space.

I mentioned this in my switch 8th gen/9th gen thread, but this is just another common attempt to discredit what the wii achieved. This sort if stuff was rampant back in those days, im very used to seeing stuff like this and because of that,  its very easy for me to identify it for what it is. Perfect example, the wii was bundled with a game so it doesnt count as a sale even though many, many ps3 and 360 games were bundled with the system but all those count.

Other common examples back then were wii play being bundled with a controller so that doesnt count as a software sale, wii fit isnt really even a game, so that doesnt count, wii is a 6th gen console so it by definition cant win the 7th generation, only grandmas play the wii, its not even hd, nobody actually "cared" about the games so i guess the point there is that the system doesnt even matter therefore the sales dont matter, i could go on and on honestly. Ive heard it all. All it ever is at the end of the day are people trying to cope with the wii crushing sales in every category, thats all it ever was and thats all it is still to this day. Its obviously nowhere near as prevalent today as it was back in the 7th gen but yeah apparently its still a thing. Lol. Forums were fun back then.
