Agree to disagree. Ad-hocs statement in response that directly quotes Nintendo's own response makes it clear this isn't the issue imo.

Ad-hocs statement is far more vague than what Nintendo put out which is a key difference they only state they failed the guidelines which haven't been an issue for other similar games, Nintendo's statement highlighted what the guidelines adhere to so we have more idea in what they entail.
