The interesting part about Trump about face at Davos is the response from Dems and Republicans. Dems state it was embarrassing and he folded like fresh sheets and Republicans say see how tough Trump is, he is playing 3D chess.
I think the biggest thing the EU and NATO countries can take away from the whole Greenland fiasco is that putting all your eggs in one country can be detrimental to your health. This has been a very good lessen for NATO and in that you can say that the Republicans are correct. Trump sounding like an idiot for an hour and backtracking on everything proves the Dems were correct as well, especially since he walked away with a concept of a plan.
