So that 1 billion dollars entry fee for permanent spot. It appears the money goes to Trump Qutar account that only Trump has access to. Sounds like a money grab if you ask me. So Trump will run this board and only he has the ability to select another head of the board. What exactly going to be the role of everyone else.
